people don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it

Does everyone in your organization know (and buy into) why your company does what it does? How do you inspire your customers to do business with you?  This speaks directly to why a shared vision is so critical to the success of an organization.  I would love to get your feedback once you have had a chance to watch.  Agree?
